Hello. My name is Adele Oddy and I am a massage therapist working from my practice in Pontyclun, South Wales. After twenty-five years working in health research in the NHS and cancer charities, I understand the negative impact stress can have on the body and the importance of wellbeing and self-care. What gives me great satisfaction is being able to help my clients not only with physical conditions, but also to have them leave my therapy rooms de-stressed and relaxed.

I provide personalised treatments, tailored to meet each client’s needs. To achieve this, I find it’s important to spend a little time with each new clients before a treatment to find out about any existing conditions and agree what you want and need from a session.
