Thai Foot Massage
Thai foot massage (also known as Thai Reflexology) has been developed over centuries and is described throughout ancient eastern texts. Our treatment begins with a deeply relaxing and invigorating massage - some of which uses the traditional Thai teak foot tool to stimulate acupressure points. An aromatic oil is then massaged into your feet and lower legs before they are wrapped in muslin and covered in warm towels to complete this rejuvenating treatment.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE SESSION
The fascial network is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fibre and muscle in place. Fascia can contract due to routine posture (such as sitting at a desk) or can become tense or adhered after surgery. The goal of myofascial therapy is to stretch and loosen the fascia so that it and other nearby structures can move more freely, and the motion is restored. For this reason, myofascial therapy is sometimes referred to as 'myofascial release' therapy.
Myofascial release techniques are gentle, safe and highly effective in reducing pain and restoring motion, structural balance and optimal function.

Fibromyalgia Therapy
Massage therapy can be incredibly soothing and beneficial for those struggling with fibromyalgia. Using lighter strokes, gentle stretching and heat, our massage therapy can relieve muscular pain, decrease stress hormones, and increase serotonin levels. With these benefits comes an overall sense of well-being, which relaxes the body and can lead to improved quality of sleep. We work with you to tailor a treatment that provides relief from this painful condition.
