Our Luxury Spa Retreat Days
Do you have an occasion to celebrate together or just need to get away from the stress and strains of everyday life? Leave your troubles at the door and let us pamper you with a Soma Vita Spa Retreat Experience.
Your day will start after you change into your fluffy white robe and slippers in the garden relaxation room, which you have the sole use of for the day. After a glass of fizz and sweet treat, dip your feet into a warm bath of soothing essential oils. If it’s cold outside we will cwtch you up with your own hot water bottle and blanket, as you sit back and enjoy the bubbles, soothing aromas and music. Our treatment rooms look out onto Ivor Woods, and our hot tub, fire pit and Squirrel Lodge – our heated cabin, with porthole to the woods – are yours for the day
Your time with us includes a luxury 60 minute treatment with our lead therapist.

- Soothing Aromatherapy Full Body Massage
- Deeply relaxing Indian Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage
- Invigorating and relaxing Thai Foot Ritual
- Temple Spa or Weleda Total Spa Facial with scalp or leg/foot massage
Lunch is included and served in the relaxation room and is a delicious selection of freshly cut sandwiches, salads, dips and dessert (usually a gorgeous homemade chocolate brownie!). We’ll do our uppermost to ensure you will leave us feeling relaxed in body and mind, ready to face the world again.
